Promocoders.in is looking for a passionate and driven SEM Specialist or Affiliate Account Manager to join our team full-time. About the Role

In this role, you’ll manage and grow affiliate partnerships across major networks like Amazon, Aliexpress, CJ, Rakuten, ShareASale, and more. You’ll work closely with advertisers and marketing agencies, helping them reach their revenue goals while unlocking new paid search opportunities. You'll be part of a supportive team and play a key role in driving success for our affiliate programs.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and partners.
Identify and pursue new paid search and affiliate opportunities.
Optimize existing affiliate relationships to meet sales and revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to build leads, craft proposals, and close deals.
Negotiate commission structures, paid placements, and exclusive promotional offers.
Monitor key accounts and implement strategies to improve performance.
Provide responsive, strategic support to partners and clients.
Represent Promocoders.in at affiliate and marketing events.
Regularly report performance and propose new growth strategies to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For

Graduate degree in Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field
At least 6+ months of relevant experience in affiliate or performance marketing
Familiarity with platforms like CJ, Rakuten, Impact Radius, ShareASale, or similar
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter with excellent organization and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Bonus: Experience in SEM or paid partnerships is a big plus!
