About Us

We’re a fast-paced creative and social media marketing agency working with top brands across entertainment, tech, lifestyle, and consumer sectors. Our work spans content creation, influencer marketing, video production, and brand strategy.

We’re looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can act as the bridge between clients and internal teams — someone organized, proactive, and people-savvy, with a knack for brand communication and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams (creative, design, production, and strategy).

· Understand client briefs thoroughly and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams.

· Manage timelines, feedback loops, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality outputs.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring smooth communication and high satisfaction.

· Collaborate closely with the creative and strategy teams to craft compelling campaigns and content.

· Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports or updates for clients.

· Handle feedback constructively and ensure proper implementation without delay.

· Proactively identify client needs and suggest value-added solutions or ideas.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business, or related fields.

· 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing/account management role at a digital or creative agency.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong project management abilities — detail-oriented and deadline-driven.

· Comfort with fast-paced environments and multiple ongoing projects.

· Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital content trends.

· Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, or other project management tools is a plus.
