AR Advisors is a growing real estate consulting firm focused on delivering expert financial and strategic solutions. We're currently seeking a dedicated freelance or part-time accountant to support our financial operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle core accounting tasks including month-end closing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Maintain detailed work papers and documentation
- Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with revenue recognition and accrual accounting standards
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in core accounting functions
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Hands-on knowledge of accrual accounting & revenue recognition
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and meet deadlines
