About the Role
We’re seeking a results-driven and strategic Advertising Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of advertiser accounts and lead the development, execution, and optimization of high-performing advertising campaigns.
This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing, Amazon Advertising, and data-driven strategy. You’ll play a key role in delivering impactful results for our clients while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize a portfolio of Standard and High-Value advertising accounts

Conduct detailed performance reviews to assess current effectiveness and identify growth opportunities

Collaborate with advertisers and account managers to align campaign strategies with client goals

Lead campaign kickoff calls and facilitate strategy discussions using established agendas

Execute end-to-end campaign optimization, including keyword planning, bidding, and budget management
-
Analyze campaign performance against KPIs and apply data-driven optimization tactics

Deliver comprehensive reports, actionable insights, and recommendations for improvement

Stay informed on digital advertising trends and platform updates to evolve campaign strategies

Work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive client satisfaction and performance
What We're Looking For
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Proven experience as a PPC Manager, Ad Specialist, or Digital Marketing Specialist
-
Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising tools and platforms
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on performance data

Solid understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing principles
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Office Suite

Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
-
Experience in DPS (Demand-Side Platform)

Working knowledge of Profit & Loss analysis
Nice to Have:

Experience in a startup environment, comfortable navigating fast-paced, dynamic challenges

Exposure to B2B applications

Previous experience in the eCommerce industry

Demonstrated ability to build strategies from scratch and drive them to execution
