Key Responsibilities

Understand job requirements and client expectations

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, etc.

Schedule and coordinate interviews

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Communicate professionally with clients and candidates

Ensure timely follow-ups and successful closures

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle

Familiarity with M S Office, Google Sheets And ATS platforms

Quick learner, highly organized, and a team player
