Position: Key Account Manager Intern - Recruitment Agency (PVAR Services)
Location: Remote
Duration: 3-6 months (with potential for extension or full-time offer)
Stipend: ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 + Performance Bonus / Certificate of Internship

Position Overview

PVAR Services is looking for a highly motivated Key Account Manager Intern to support the management of our key client accounts and recruitment processes. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about client relations, recruitment strategies, and account management in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The intern will work closely with the Key Account Management team to ensure client satisfaction, support recruitment efforts, and identify opportunities for expanding our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their recruitment needs.
  • Support the recruitment team by coordinating and tracking job openings and candidate placements.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth interactions.
  • Participate in client meetings to gather feedback and provide updates on recruitment progress.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and performance reports for clients.
  • Monitor the progress of recruitment campaigns and provide regular updates to both clients and internal teams.
  • Research potential new clients and assist in identifying opportunities for account expansion.
  • Provide administrative support to the Key Account Management team, including data entry and reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance client relationships and improve service offerings.

Key Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, client management, and business development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to team success.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and client relationship management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus.
