Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or higher.
Preference will be given to candidates who are CA Inter or M.Com qualified.
- Work Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in accounting and audit functions, including internal and statutory audits.
- Technical Proficiency:
o Proficient in Tally Prime for day-to-day accounting and finalization.
o Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc. ADVANCE EXCEL
- Domain Knowledge:
- MIS , Data compilation, budgeting and reporting
o Solid understanding of Indian Accounting Standards.
o Familiarity with filing requirements and statutory compliances.
- Key Competencies:
o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
o Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
o Attention to detail with a proactive and responsible attitude.
