We are actively looking for a Group Accountant will be responsible for the preparation and consolidation of financial statements across the group’s entities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and other regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with internal finance teams, supporting audits, and contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls.

What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the group in accordance with US GAAP or IFRS as required.
- Oversee group intercompany reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of variances.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure audit requirements are met on time.
- Maintain and monitor group chart of accounts, ensuring accounting consistency across subsidiaries.
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and assist in group-level tax filings.
- Contribute to the enhancement of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions and new accounting standards.
What you’ll bring into the table:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – USA is mandatory.
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to multi-entity or group-level accounting.
- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and consolidation principles.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial reporting and analysis.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Advantage if you have:
- Experience in a multinational or fast-growing corporate environment.
- Exposure to group audits or due diligence.
