FIS is looking for an experienced Transfer Agency - Financial Services Account Associate II to join our team. In this role, you will provide customer support for mutual funds, transaction operations, processing, and associated functions, ensuring accuracy in customer requests and data maintenance.
You will work in a collaborative environment where your contributions will directly impact the quality and efficiency of financial services. The role requires excellent communication skills, a global mindset, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
???? What You Will Be Doing:

Verifying and inputting customer requests to ensure all information is accurate and in good order.

Performing quality control activities to ensure that quality standards are met.

Communicating with customers through template emails or written correspondence when appropriate.

Ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures, achieving operational productivity and quality standards.

Following fund/company policies and regulatory controls.

Identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance business processes and efficiency.

Guiding and mentoring peers on less complex processes.

Building customer satisfaction through excellent customer service skills and effective communication.
???????? Job Eligibility:

Experience: 1-3 years in Mutual Fund processing or Finance.

Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Global Mindset: Preferred but not mandatory.

Flexibility: Able to work night shifts (5 days a week).

Temporary Remote Work: Ability to work from home temporarily, with flexibility to work in the office post operations.

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
