Job Title: Accounting Executive

Job Description: Are you a detail-oriented and organized accounting professional with a knack for managing financial operations? We are seeking an Accounting Executive to join our team and play a vital role in our financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Transactions:
- Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately documented and comply with company policies and accounting standards.
- Bank Reconciliation:
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records.
- Resolve discrepancies promptly and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Invoicing and Payments:
- Generate and distribute invoices to clients, ensuring timely payment collections.
- Process vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment terms and conditions.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Compliance and Audits:
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation.
- Expense Management:
- Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets and cost control measures.
- Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including transaction logs, invoices, receipts, and other documentation.
- Implement and maintain efficient filing and record-keeping systems.
- Support and Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, providing financial insights and support as needed.
- Assist in special financial projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
