Job Opening: Telecaller – Gurugram
Location: Gurugram
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (plus incentives)
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Job Role:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inquiries, and converting leads into potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a daily call record and update CRM.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets and report to the team lead.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident, polite, and convincing speaking style.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Gurugram.
