Key Responsibilities:

  • LMS Onboarding & Support
  • Guide new students through LMS setup, including account creation, course enrollment, and orientation.
  • Troubleshoot login issues, access errors, and platform navigation challenges.
  • Create user-friendly guides/video tutorials to help students and staff maximize LMS features.
  • ERP System Management
  • Maintain user accounts, permissions, and workflows within the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with admin teams to ensure accurate data entry (e.g., student records, schedules).
  • Resolve ERP-related issues (e.g., reporting errors, integration glitches).
  • General Tech Support
  • Provide timely support for software, hardware, and network issues across the organization.
  • Manage user access for tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, and other platforms.
  • Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues to IT/developers as needed.
  • Documentation & Training
  • Maintain clear records of technical processes, solutions, and FAQs.
  • Host mini-training sessions for staff/students on new features or tools.
  • Collaboration & Innovation
  • Partner with academic and admin teams to optimize tech workflows.
  • Suggest improvements to LMS/ERP systems based on user feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must-Have:
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) and ERP systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Excellent communication skills (explain tech concepts to non-tech users!).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
