Position Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer at Pride of India will play a critical role in advancing our brand identity through packaging and print designs for our consumer goods. This position offers the chance to work with a dynamic team, tackle creative challenges, and contribute directly to the company’s growth and impact in the FMCG industry. We’re looking for a proactive designer ready to engage, learn, and make a mark on a global stage.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and design high-quality packaging and print materials in alignment with brand standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual cohesion across product, packaging, and marketing materials.
Create Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) for Amazon or similar marketplaces to elevate product listings and enhance customer engagement.
Work on various e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart, and eBay, ensuring brand consistency and optimizing design elements for these platforms.
Ensure design accuracy for production specifications and print-readiness.
Present design concepts to internal teams and make iterative adjustments based on feedback.
Meet deadlines consistently and work independently within a remote setup.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in packaging and print design, ideally within the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
Proven experience with Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) and designing for marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart, or similar).- must have experience
Demonstrated experience with live design links on e-commerce platforms.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong command of CorelDRAW.
Portfolio Requirement: Must submit a portfolio and live project links via the email provided by the company.- must have requirement

Shift and Location

Location: Permanent work-from-home position
Shift: both shifts mandatory as its divided in 2 halves
Morning Shift: 9 AM – 1 PM
Evening Shift: 6 PM – 11 PM

Compensation
