Job Summary:

Moris Media is seeking a highly imaginative and skilled Creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic remote team. This role demands a strong grasp of modern design trends, a commitment to brand consistency, and the ability to leverage cutting-edge AI tools to generate innovative visual concepts for diverse projects, primarily within the advertising and branding sectors.

Please note: This is not a role for beginners or template-reliant designers. We need someone with a designer’s instinct, professional readiness, and a fully-equipped technical setup. You must be capable of producing professional-grade visuals independently from day one.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs for a wide range of applications, including movie posters, digital and print advertising campaigns, and comprehensive branding materials for Moris Media and its clients.
Develop, implement, and maintain robust brand guidelines and design systems to ensure a cohesive and impactful visual identity across all platforms.
Stay at the forefront of evolving design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, proactively integrating them into creative strategies.
Utilize AI-powered tools and other innovative techniques to rapidly generate initial design concepts, explore creative possibilities, and visualize intricate ideas.
Collaborate closely with marketing, advertising, and client-facing teams to thoroughly understand project objectives, target audiences, and desired outcomes, translating these into effective visual solutions.
Articulate and present design concepts clearly and persuasively to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback constructively to refine and enhance the final deliverables.
Manage multiple design projects concurrently, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of creative excellence in a remote work environment.

Primary Skills:

Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of modern design principles, typography, color theory, and layout expertise across diverse project types.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Familiarity with and a proactive approach to utilizing AI tools for image generation, concept development, and design exploration.
Solid understanding of design requirements and best practices for both digital and print media.
Strong conceptual and visual problem-solving abilities, with a knack for translating abstract ideas into impactful visual narratives.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate remotely with team members and clients.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
A strong online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-7 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within the advertising or media industry.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing brand guidelines.
Experience in designing impactful advertising materials for various platforms.
A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
