About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager with a background in graphic design, especially packaging, to oversee creative projects from concept to delivery. This role will primarily focus on packaging design projects for a variety of brands and clients, along with other design-related assignments.

You will work closely with our design team, clients, and creative head to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and up to our creative standards. Strong communication in both English and Hindi is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate multiple packaging and graphic design projects simultaneously.
Create detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows in collaboration with the design team.
Be the key point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
Conduct regular check-ins with designers and stakeholders to track progress and resolve issues.
Translate client feedback into actionable tasks for the design team.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work while managing team capacity.
Maintain project documentation and updates using tools like Excel, Google Workspace, Trello/CRM.
Understand design workflows, especially for packaging, e-commerce creatives, and startup branding.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or Creative Lead preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
Good understanding of graphic design principles and packaging structure.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic understanding of e-commerce, website design, and brand development.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, CRMs).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
Prior project management experience is a plus, but freshers with strong design and coordination skills are welcome to apply.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
