Role Overview:
We are a small, tightly knit team building world class software products used by companies like Spotify, Starbucks, Netflix and Snowflake. This is a full time remote position with the opportunity to work directly with the founders and make a direct and immediate impact on the productivity of 1000s of teams around the world.

As a Designer at Troopr, you'll be at the forefront of crafting exceptional user experiences with a particular focus on conversational chatbot solutions. Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities that are pivotal to our product's success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deeply understand Troopr's product, features, and user pain points
2. Map and document all user workflows for complete clarity
3. Conduct research to uncover user behaviors, pain points, and needs
4. Organize product content for smooth and intuitive navigation
5. Simplify complex workflows into seamless, user-friendly experiences
6. Design high-quality wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma
7. Validate designs through regular user testing and apply improvements
8. Build and maintain a scalable Figma design system to ensure UI consistency
9. Build and maintain responsive marketing pages and prototypes in Webflow
10. Collaborate with founders, PMs, and developers to align design with product and business goals
11. Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation

Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of B2B SaaS product preferrably
2. Proficient in Figma and webflow
3. Worked on designing complex technical software products
