Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Game Designer with 2-3 years of experience in game development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of game mechanics, level design, and player psychology. The candidate needs to collaborate with artists, programmers, and other designers to create engaging and immersive gameplay experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design game mechanics, systems, and levels to enhance player engagement.
Create and maintain design documentation, including game concepts, user journey wireframe, rules, and progression systems.
Balance gameplay elements for fairness, replay ability, and fun.
Conduct playtesting sessions, gather feedback, and iterate on designs.
Analyse player behaviour and metrics to refine game mechanics.
Collaborate with artists, programmers, and narrative designers to ensure cohesive game design.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor games.
Attend in the various requirement Gathering session and prepare proposals against the requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in game design (mobile, PC, or console).
Strong understanding of game theory, player psychology, and UX/UI principles.
Proficiency in game design tools (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, Figma, Miro).
Experience with level design, scripting, or balancing game economies.
Proficiency in communication skills.
Excellent understanding of gameplay fundamentals.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Passionate about game mechanics, accessibility, UI effectiveness, iterative design, playtest.
Game design degree a plus!
