Job Overview

We are looking for experienced L3/L4 Systems Administrators to join our team under the InfoScale Managed Service program. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert (SME) responsible for the full lifecycle of InfoScale environments—including deployment, configuration, management, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Cluster Management

Setup, configure, and manage high-availability clustered environments across physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructures.

Storage Management

Administer and optimize storage resources (local, SAN, or Direct Attached), ensuring reliability and performance.

Disaster Recovery

Implement and maintain disaster recovery solutions.
Manage replication (VVR) and Global Cluster environments to ensure business continuity.

Subject Matter Expertise

Serve as an InfoScale SME.
Provide advanced-level support and strategic guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.

Upgrades and Patching

Execute system upgrades and apply routine security and update patches to ensure integrity and security.

Troubleshooting

Diagnose and resolve complex system, performance, and storage issues.
Collaborate with support teams for in-depth issue resolution.

Collaboration

Work closely with application owners (SAP, Oracle, SQL, etc.) to ensure optimal environment configurations.

Integration

Coordinate with broader IT teams to seamlessly integrate InfoScale with cloud, network, and storage infrastructures.

Compliance

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry security standards, and IT best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as an L3/L4 Systems Administrator with in-depth InfoScale expertise.
Hands-on experience in:
- Clustered environment management
- Storage administration
- Disaster recovery implementation
- Performing upgrades and patches
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues.
Effective cross-functional collaboration with application and infrastructure teams.
Solid understanding of compliance and security protocols.
Must be available to work US business hours remotely from India.
