Job Title: Admin Executive (Night Shift – US Clients)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Timing: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (US Shift – Monday to Friday)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)

Job Summary

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our US-based clients during night shift hours. This role involves performing a range of back-office and administrative support tasks such as email/calendar management, CRM updates, data entry, document handling, and coordination. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and capable of working independently with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize client emails, calendars, and meeting schedules
  • Perform accurate data entryinternet research, and CRM data management
  • Create, edit, and maintain business documents, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Coordinate travel bookings, events, and appointments as per client requirements
  • Update task trackers and assist with basic project coordination activities
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and internal data at all times
  • Communicate professionally with team members and clients (written and verbal)
  • Follow internal SOPs and ensure quality in every deliverable

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business, Arts preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in administrative, data entry, or virtual assistant roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with tools like Trello, Slack, Zoom, Asana, or CRM platforms is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
  • Willingness to work night shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (US timezone support)
