Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Junior IT Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration. You will play a key role in managing user accounts, handling IT infrastructure support, and providing day-to-day technical assistance to US-based users.
Key Responsibilities:
G Suite (Google Workspace) Administration

Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions via Google Admin Console.

Configure email routing, set up aliases, and troubleshoot Gmail delivery issues.

Monitor storage and security settings for G Suite apps.

Provide support for Google Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and related tools.
Software License Management

Maintain an updated inventory of all software licenses and renewals.

Ensure compliance with licensing across the organization.

Track software usage and report on underutilized or expired licenses.
User Support & IT Helpdesk (US Shift)

Provide first-level technical support to US-based users via email or calls.

Resolve issues related to software, hardware, and connectivity.

Onboard and offboard employees by managing accounts, access, and devices.
System & Security Support

Assist in deploying software updates, patches, and antivirus protection.

Enforce IT security protocols and best practices.

Monitor and respond to security alerts and unusual access behavior.
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain records of support procedures, software inventory, and license tracking.

Generate reports on G Suite usage, compliance, and software deployment.
Collaboration & Escalation

Work closely with senior IT staff and escalate unresolved issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various time zones.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education: B.C.A, B.Sc (Computer Science), or Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering.

Experience: 0–2 years in IT support or systems administration.

Required Technical Skills:
-
Google Workspace (G Suite) administration.

Installation and support for Autodesk applications (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D).

Basic knowledge of software license management.

Networking fundamentals: LAN, Wi-Fi, IP config, DNS/DHCP troubleshooting.

Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Presentation skills to explain technical processes clearly.

Adaptability to work in fast-paced and shifting priorities.

Team player with ability to work independently or remotely.
