RESEARCH.

What You'll Be Rocking:

Design scroll-stopping content for Insta, Facebook, LinkedIn, web banners, ads, and emails.

Team up with content and marketing folks to bring campaign ideas to life.

Remix and adapt existing templates across platforms—because you know every platform’s got its own vibe.

Stick to brand guidelines like it’s your design mantra (but still make it ✨you✨).

Be part of crazy brainstorming sessions—no idea is too “out there.”

Take feedback like a champ and keep leveling up.

Handle multiple design tasks like a multitasking ninja.

Use AI tools (like Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.) to spice up your creative process.

RESEARCH. RESEARCH. RESEARCH. Moodboards, references, competitor analysis—you name it. Know the "why" behind every "wow."

Be open to experimenting and integrating the latest AI trends and hacks into your design workflow.

What We're Manifesting:

6 months’ experience (internship or work) in a digital agency or creative studio.

Tools You Slay At: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva. Bonus if you’ve explored AI tools.

Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and what works digitally.

Portfolio that shows your vibe and skill set.

Curiosity-driven, proactive, and always down to Google the heck outta anything.

Good communication skills and ability to manage time like a pro.
