Key Responsibilities

General Graphic Designer Expectations for Corporate Communication

Deadlines: 95% of Chillibreeze customers expect overnight delivery of design work. Our customers have ZERO tolerance for missed deadlines which leads to working till the job is done. Graphic Design is not a 9 AM to 6 PM job.

Strategic Thinker: Understanding the bigger picture and requirements of the customer and aligning design efforts to the business objectives.

Creativity: Developing innovative designs that capture the audience’s attention and differentiate their brand.

Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is vital for conveying design ideas, engaging with clients, and collaborating with team members.

Final Mile Delivery: The work we deliver is presented LIVE to audiences throughout the world, printed or digitally displayed. This final delivery requires consistent high quality in ALL details. All projects must follow the Chillibreeze QC list ensuring that alignment, typesetting, spell checking, etc are done for each project.

Execution Skills: A graphic designer should possess a diverse skill set that includes planning, project management, content comprehension, conceptualizing, branding, data analysis, and graphic design. This role involves designing for a specialized market that utilizes Microsoft PowerPoint as a key tool for corporate communication. Designers with experience will not only be proficient in using design software like Adobe Creative Suite, but also adept at leveraging the unique design capabilities of PowerPoint.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, problem-solve to meet deadlines, and collaborate with team members. The design landscape is constantly evolving. Designers must be adaptable, willing to learn new productivity tools, AI trends and technologies, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Ethical and Legal Awareness: Graphic designers must adhere to ethical standards and legal regulations regarding copyright laws, advertising practices, and client’s corporate brand compliances and zero compromise on security and confidentiality.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Eligibility:
All applicants MUST HAVE: Good comprehension and communication skills in English.

Entry Level Graphic Designer:

Minimum 12th pass, “Freshers”, or diploma in computer application. (with or without experience)

Junior Graphic Designer:

1+ years of professional experience + portfolio + reference

Senior Graphic Designer:

4+ years of professional experience + portfolio + reference

Onboarding in graphic design skills specific to training in Corporate Presentations is provided for selected candidates.
Not required, but a PLUS: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or visual communication or a related field.
