Job Description

We are seeking a highly responsible and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will play a lead part in shaping the visual identity of our brand across digital and print media. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and leadership, and will be responsible for driving key visual projects with strategic impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact visual content for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, branding, and print.
Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all design assets.
Translate business goals into compelling design strategies and creative direction.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketers to produce cohesive visuals that align with brand objectives.
Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices, continuously bringing fresh ideas to the team.
Mentor junior designers and oversee outsourced or freelance design resources when needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
4+ years of professional experience in a high-responsibility design role.
Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, digital assets, and cross-platform campaigns.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD), Figma, or similar tools.
Proven ability to take initiative, lead creative strategy, and deliver under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to design excellence.
Experience in motion graphics or UI/UX design is a plus.
