Job Purpose
-
As a Teletext Sales Advisor, individual will create and sell worldwide holidays, and he/she will own their customers journey from start to finish; from enquiry to welcoming them back onto home and provider exceptional customer service to our loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Individual will be responsible for carefully listening to our customers- new and loyal repeat clients, building a relationship with them, and then maximizing service & sales opportunities. We pride ourselves on really understanding our holidays and our customers and matching their requirements to the perfect trip, something our customers will always remember.
- This will primarily be over the phone, but also very occasionally via digital channels.
- Should provide excellent customer service to all clients whether new or existing
- Achieving pre-set KPI’s including, but not limited to, handling time, conversion, revenue, and service.
- Using the booking engine and all tools provided to create perfect tailor-made trips
- Taking responsibility for your own learning; always seeking out new ways to learn and grow, for your own and the companies benefit.
- Be solutions focused, always finding ways to do things better for our customers, our business, and our colleagues.

Key Skills and Experience:
- Someone who enjoys building relationships, have a sales background and is motivated and focused with good attention to detail.
- Previous travel industry experience preferred but not essential
- Knowledge & passion for worldwide popular tourist destinations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Be self-motivated and dedicated to building a repeat customer base and earn commission
- Make the most of every single genuine sales enquiry received.
- Exceed sales targets and KPI’s set by the company,
- Manage own time effectively; there’s a lot to do before, during and after the customer journey.

Person Specification:
- Our Sales Advisors not only have a hunger for sales but also a real genuine passion for making their customers booking journey as seamless as possible and to deliver amazing service.
- Previous 1 to 6 Years Sales & Service experience is necessary, but this does not have to be in travel.
- Previous experience in travel and international voice process is desirable.
- Flexible to work over a seven-day period, rotational shifts and offs.
- Flexible to work six-day week during peak booking periods

Education Qualifications & Experience Level:
-
Any Graduate/ Diploma from a recognized university.
- A minimum of 1+ years of sales experience, with a proven record of accomplishment of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Have prior experience in UK/US Sales/Upselling.
