Job Title: Inside Sales & Marketing Executive – Pharmaceutical

Location: Sector 82, Mohali
Company: Sanify Healthcare Pvt. ltd
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a result-oriented and proactive Inside Sales & Marketing Executive to join our PCD pharma team. The role involves generating leads, promoting our pharma products . The ideal candidate will be comfortable with phone-based and digital communication and will have experience in the pharma or healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and digital marketing platforms.
Explain the company’s PCD pharma business model and product portfolio to prospective clients.
Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions for PCD franchise partnerships.
Maintain and update client records using CRM tools.
Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to expand the franchise network.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on leads, sales, and follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in Pharmacy, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.
1–3 years of experience in pharma marketing or inside sales (PCD or franchise segment preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with pharma products and the PCD distribution model.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
