Job Title: Sales Executive – Car Dealership (Detailing Accessories)
Location: Mohali
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team at a leading car dealership in Mohali. The primary responsibility will be to sell car detailing accessories and related products to walk-in customers and via outbound efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with showroom visitors and promote car detailing accessories
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products (e.g., wax, polish, seat covers, floor mats, etc.)
Upsell and cross-sell relevant accessories with each vehicle sale
Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives
Maintain a clean and well-organized display area for accessories
Keep updated on new arrivals, product features, and offers
Coordinate with the inventory team for stock management
Provide after-sales support and follow-ups when needed

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in retail sales or automotive accessories (freshers with good communication may also apply)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Passion for automobiles and a good understanding of car accessories is a plus
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
Ability to work 6 days a week, including weekends
