Full job description
Telecaller – Real Estate
Location: St Thomas Mount, Chennai (Work from Office)
Languages Required: Any 2 Mandatory – Hindi, Tamil, Telugu
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication can apply)
Working Hours: Full-time (6 days/week)
Responsibilities
- Call potential homebuyers, tenants, or investors from the provided lead list
- Share property details clearly and confidently
- Schedule and follow up on site visits with clients
- Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets or CRM
- Handle WhatsApp follow-ups and regular lead nurturing
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Requirements
- Fluency in any two of the following languages: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu (mandatory)
- Strong verbal communication and polite phone manner
- Basic computer usage – call tracking, WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets
- Experience in real estate tele-calling is a bonus
- Must be available for on-site work in Chennai
Training & Evaluation Period
7-Day Paid Training
* The first 7 days will be a training and evaluation period
* If the performance is satisfactory, the candidate will continue as a regular employee
* If not suitable, the company will pay for the 7 days, and the candidate may exit without obligation.
