*Hiring for Technical Sales*
*WORK FROM HOME* and work from office both options are available
*Location Mohali Punjab*
*Salary Upto 40k for technical sales plus incentives*
*Experience 6 months to 2 years in technical sales in tech sales calls like printer, Roku, Norton, and Quick books*
*5 days working sat Sun fixed off*

*Job Responsibilities and Duties*
Provide client support remotely on inbound calls related to computers, printers and related devices.
Endeavour to respond to all customer requests in a timely manner while improving customer
experience.
Provide complete explanation about the problem and resolution to the customer and convert into
leads or sales.
Ability to perform troubleshooting on issues related to computers, printers etc with US and Canada
customers.
*Required skills*
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
Critical thinking and problem solving - must be able to identify both simple and complex computer
problems, analyse them, and solve them.
Should possess good professional and telephonic etiquette's.
Must be Punctual.
