Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Sales Manager with over 10 years of experience in selling HVAC products, especially chillers, heat pumps, and refrigeration solutions. This is an individual contributor role responsible for managing the North Zone region.

What You Will Do

As an HVAC Sales Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

Prospecting Clients and making competitive, tailored offers
Closing sales deals and driving the entire sales process independently
Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to sales and associated workflows
Meeting defined Sales Secured Targets with specified Gross Margin (%)
Generating revenue from HVAC solutions
Ensuring timely payment collection from clients

How You Will Do It

Develop and grow HVAC business to meet Revenue and Gross Margin goals for the North Zone
Leverage your local market knowledge and networks (e.g., consultants, contractors, architects, end users)
Strategically grow the HVAC Solutions business across both existing and new customer bases
Maintain service quality while driving profitability
Proactively explore new HVAC sales opportunities while retaining existing customers through regular customer visits and relationship building
Ensure professional and timely submission of HVAC Solutions quotations, followed by close monitoring for conversion
Provide timely reports on sales activities, forecasts, and participate in regular bi-monthly Green & HVAC Solutions business reviews
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive closures in favor of Johnson Controls

What We Look For

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of HVAC Sales experience
Proficiency in English; knowledge of local dialects is an advantage
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Willingness to travel extensively across the North Zone
Strong network and relationships with:
- Building owners
- Dealers
- Contractors
- Architects
- Consultants
- End users
