Full job description
Job Profile:-
- Assisting the customer by understanding their requirements and recommending our products as per the customer needs .
- Converting leads into sales.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
- Handle complex customer queries or complaints professionally.
- Maintain a customer-first environment and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Generate Billing Invoice on our portal when the product is sold, Prepare Quotations for customer as and when needed.
Qualification:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills required:
- Good Communication Skills in English
- Good Sales acumen
- Negotiation Skills
- Cross-Selling Skills
- Well versed with working on computer for taking bill invoices, sharing quotes with customers etc.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles is a plus.
Work Experience:
Atleast 3 years of Retail Experience.
Previous Experience of Working in Furniture, Lighting ,Home Decor and Home furnishing brands will be preferred.
