Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership: Work closely with senior leadership to design and implement HR policies that align with business growth objectives.
Employee Development & Engagement: Educate, coach, and collaborate with managers to enhance performance management, employee development, and engagement.
HR Expertise: Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, compensation, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Culture & Organizational Excellence: Drive initiatives that promote a culture of excellence, fostering engagement and high performance.
Performance & Compensation Management: Oversee performance calibrations, compensation cycles, and promotion processes.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key HR metrics (e.g., compensation, attrition, and job levels) to provide insights and proactive solutions.
Training & Development: Partner with Learning & Development teams to create impactful training programs, career development plans, and performance management strategies.
HR Operations & Office Management: Ensure smooth office operations, manage inventory, coordinate facility maintenance, and oversee workplace organization.
Qualifications & Skills
✔Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
✔ Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
✔ Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and program management.
✔ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across global teams.
✔ Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
✔ Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and MS Office suite.
✔ Experience in managing global projects and implementing HR best practices.
