Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, team coordination, and employee engagement for our 20+ member organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records and attendance systems
Develop and execute HR policies and standard operating procedures
Coordinate performance reviews and feedback cycles
Plan employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives
Handle basic payroll coordination, leaves, and compliance tracking
Support the leadership in workforce planning and organizational development

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
2+ years of experience in HR generalist or managerial role
Strong communication, organizational, and people skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR software
Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
