Key Responsibilities I. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment ● ● ● ● ● Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier talent. Leverage multiple sourcing channels (social media, networking events, job fairs, professional groups, etc.) to identify and engage candidates, particularly for mid-to-senior-level positions. Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ suitability, cultural fit, and compensation alignment. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices to ensure a diverse and high-performing workforce. II. People & Culture Development ● ● ● Design and implement initiatives that promote an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance company culture. Develop and execute employee engagement programs, including surveys, feedback loops, and actionable improvements. Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous development. III. Employee Relations & Performance Management ● Serve as an advisor to employees and management on HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. ● Oversee performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans. ● ● Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
