Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, digital outreach, and networking.
Understand client needs and pitch customized solutions for accounting, taxation, compliance, and business advisory services.
Convert leads into clients by following up, giving presentations/demos, and negotiating contracts.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing:

Formulate strategies to build an effective overall digital marketing strategy.
Monitor, Plan and Execute the company’s presence on social media.
Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display).
Optimize and Launch adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase company’s brand awareness and generate leads.
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
Measure the performance of Digital Marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools.

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.

Experience in sales and digital marketing.

Strong understanding of financial services or a keen interest in accounting, taxation, and business advisory.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work independently.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
