Job Overview:
As a Sales Assistant or Pre-Qualifier, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary responsibility is to screen and qualify leads before passing them on to the sales team. You will engage prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels to assess their needs and interest in our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Make initial contact with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and chat.
2.Ask targeted questions to qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
3.Gather essential information about the prospect's needs, budget, and decision-making process.
4.Schedule qualified leads for meetings with the sales team.
5.Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update lead statuses regularly.
6.Follow up with leads who need further nurturing before transitioning to sales.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to refine qualification processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus.(
Fresher would work too.)
2. Strong communication skills confident, professional, and engaging on the phone.
3. Ability to listen actively and ask the right questions to qualify leads.
4.Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
5.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
