Job Title: Sales & Marketing Specialist (Lead Generation & Business Growth)
Location: Hyderabad, India (On-Site)
Shift: USA Time Zone OR UAE Time Zone (based on selection)
Salary: INR 15,000 – 18,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives (i.e., % commission per conversion, high earning potential in the international market!)
Contract Duration: 1 Month (Extension & Full-Time Opportunity Based on Performance)
Contract Type: No Insurance, No Employee Benefits, No PF Deductions, No allowances, etc.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Client Outreach - Identify and engage potential clients through and organic lead generation platforms, including:
- SEO & Content Marketing (Blogs, Guest Posting, YouTube, Infographics)
- Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit)
- Online Communities & Forums (Quora, Reddit, Facebook & LinkedIn Groups, Industry Forums)
- Listings & Directories (Google Business Profile, Yelp, Bing Places, Industry Directories)
- Cold Emailing & Networking Outreach
- Public Speaking & Event Participation
- Webinars & Educational Content
- Run Inbound & Outbound Email Campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
- Manage outbound calls to USA & UAE prospects using calling tools (Skype, Google Voice, WhatsApp, TextNow, Zoiper, Dingtone).
- Build strong partnerships & collaborations to extend brand reach.
Marketing & Content Strategy
Develop and execute business marketing strategies, including:
- Creating & sharing high-value content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
- Answering industry-related questions on Quora, Reddit, and Twitter/X to establish thought leadership
- Engaging in comment marketing (commenting on blogs, social posts, LinkedIn discussions)
- Utilising email signatures, online challenges, and events for brand exposure
- Setting up referral programs & incentive-based viral marketing strategies
- Craft compelling sales pitches, email templates, and content that convert leads into clients.
- Use automation tools (HubSpot CRM, Mailchimp, Google Sheets, Apollo.io, Hunter.io) to track leads & sales funnel progression.
Client Handling, Calls & Consultations
- Inbound & Outbound Sales Calls – Engage in warm & cold calling to convert prospects.
- Conduct client consultations, explain our services, and handle objections with patience and professionalism.
- Use active listening techniques to understand client pain points before proposing solutions.
- Ensure every client interaction is handled with intensive care, clarity, and no pushy sales tactics.
- Deliver presentations & sales pitches via Zoom/Google Meet for high-value clients.
Documentation & Performance Tracking
- Maintain daily documentation of outreach, lead tracking, and conversion progress.
- Prepare & present weekly reports showcasing lead engagement, conversion ratios, and marketing effectiveness.
- Suggest strategic improvements to optimise sales, outreach, and engagement processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1–3 years in Sales, Marketing, or Lead Generation (International Exposure Preferred)
- Education: No specific degree required—practical sales/marketing expertise is valued more!
- Communication Skills: C1/C2 level English proficiency (Exceptional spoken & written skills)
- Presentation Skills: Ability to create & deliver sales presentations professionally.
- Listening Skills: Ensures every prospect’s query is answered patiently without sounding pushy.
- Lead Gen Expertise: Strong grasp of organic marketing & sales techniques.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs, email marketing tools, and lead databases.
- Ownership Mentality: Takes full accountability of lead generation & conversions.
