Job Title: Hospital Marketing Executive

Location: Muthu Multispecialty Hospital, Nilakottai

Department: Marketing & Business Development

Reports to: Hospital Administrator

Job Summary:

The Hospital Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting hospital services, increasing patient footfall, building brand awareness, and maintaining strong relationships with referring doctors, corporates, and the local community. The role involves both field and digital marketing activities, patient engagement programs, and strategy execution to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centers.

Visit general practitioners and specialists regularly to promote hospital services.

Explore tie-ups with corporates, schools, insurance companies, and community groups.

2. Patient Engagement & Outreach:

Organize health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.

Coordinate health talks, screening camps, and wellness events.

Identify and promote hospital specialties and doctors through localized campaigns.

3. Digital & Print Marketing:

Coordinate with digital marketing teams to run social media, WhatsApp, and Google campaigns.

Ensure timely development of posters, flyers, banners, brochures, and patient information leaflets.

Monitor online reviews, patient feedback, and brand reputation.

4. Internal Coordination:

Work with various departments (reception, OPD, pharmacy, diagnostics) to align promotions.

Track patient footfall and prepare daily/weekly marketing reports.

Assist in planning and executing doctor awareness programs within the hospital.

5. Market Research & Reporting:

Analyze competitors and patient trends in the local area.

Maintain records of marketing activities, leads, and conversion data.

Provide insights to management on potential areas of growth.

Key Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Field marketing & relationship-building ability

Creativity and campaign planning skills

Knowledge of healthcare industry is preferred

Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, social media handling)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in hospital/healthcare marketing preferred

Freshers with good communication skills and a passion for healthcare can also apply
