BrightCHAMPS is currently valued at $650 million with a $63 million investment, and services 30+ countries (India, Indonesia, US, UAE, Vietnam, and many others countries across SEA and MENA) in 12+ languages across its 4 verticals.Focus Area : K-12Market : Global (already made a mark in ~25 countries)Life skills : Technology foundation, Financial literacy, Robotics, Effective communication, Crypto etc.What is this role about?We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented calling agent to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential customers, making outbound and handling inbound calls, to ensure a smooth onboarding process for demo classes provided by our EdTech platform. The successful candidate will play a vital role in guiding leads through the enrolment process, offering assistance, and maintaining accurate documentation of their journey with us.Key Responsibilities:Outbound and inbound calls:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective leads, providing information about BrightChamps EdTech Platform's demo classes.
- Handle inbound calls from individuals interested in our demo classes, addressing queries, and providing relevant details.
Lead Engagement:Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers through effective communication.Guide leads through the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience.Demo Class Coordination:Schedule and coordinate demo classes for interested leads, aligning with their preferences and availability.Documentation:Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions and progress through our CRM system.Document feedback and any special requirements expressed by leads during the onboarding process.Collaboration:Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion and customer satisfaction.Provide insights and feedback from lead interactions to improve our processes.Qualifications and skills:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
Shift details - 6 days working, 1 day rotational offShift timings - Night shift (10PM to 7 AM)Notice Period- Immediate joinerCTC: 18-20 K/monthLocation: WFO (HSR Layout, Banglore)Interview type - 1 audio video virtual interview rounds
