Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Calling Executive (Intern) to join our team. In this role, you will connect with new and existing app users, motivate and guide them to generate more sales, and onboard new partners onto our platform. This is an excellent opportunity for students or freshers eager to gain hands-on experience in sales support and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to new app users to motivate and push them towards generating sales.
Follow up with existing high-performing partners and encourage them to increase their sales.
Onboard new partners onto the EarnPati app; data will be provided.
Maintain clear and professional communication with partners to resolve queries and build strong relationships.
Provide regular follow-ups and updates to ensure partner satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Graduate or 12th pass.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong convincing and motivation skills for driving sales.
Basic knowledge of Excel.
Should have a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.
Basic computer operating skills.
Prior knowledge of finance and affiliate marketing is an added advantage.
