 Agency Channel /POS Management
1. Monitoring Agent performance on the common variables of segment way to the market -Renewal/Fresh database, funnel, and closures.
2. Maintaining the high acƟve percentage of POS.
3. Controlling on of POS Agents.
4. Ensuring high producvity of team and POS and manage the right level of channel engagement with the POS.
 Channel Servicing
1. Reconciliation of partner accounts and coordination with all the departments for same
Profitability
1. Work on various market dynamics and provide feedback for the improvement in the internal organisation to cope up with the same.
2. Management of loss ratios.
 Compliance & Hygiene
1. To ensure compliance with the external bodies and other authorities.
2. Ensure internal compliance.
3. Manage cheque bounce recovery and business pendency.
4. Other responsibility as per the KPI and growth factors.
