Full job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Generate leads for residential and commercial construction projects.
Follow up with potential clients and schedule meetings.
Attend client meetings if required (in and around Coimbatore).
Coordinate with the head office team for proposals and quotations.
Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and basic documentation.
Maintain daily marketing and lead reports.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in sales/marketing (construction or real estate field preferred).
Good communication skills (Tamil and English).
Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and WhatsApp business handling.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and presentable.
Office Timing:
9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
