Full job description

We’re hiring an IT Software Sales Executive – Domestic Market to promote and sell CRM and SaaS solutions to Indian businesses. This is a fully remote opportunity for ambitious professionals who excel in closing deals, understanding client pain points, and delivering tailored tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business by promoting and selling CRM and SaaS solutions to Indian B2B clients
  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential leads via cold calling, email prospecting, and social channels
  • Conduct product presentations and demos aligned with client's business needs and challenges
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline updates in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with support and product teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue and performance targets
  • Build long-term relationships and client satisfaction for future cross-selling and upselling

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, IT solutions, or CRM platforms
  • Prior experience selling to Indian businesses is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (rated 4+ out of 5)
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, cold outreach tools, and virtual meeting platforms
  • A proactive, self-motivated professional who works well independently
  • Goal-oriented with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with business decision-makers
