Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Software Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling ERP solutions, websites, software products, and digital marketing services. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
Pitch and sell software solutions, including ERP systems, custom applications, websites, and digital marketing services to potential clients.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate product/service demonstrations and quotations.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Work closely with technical and digital teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
Provide market feedback to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
