Job Summary:
Edu Expo Global Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating, nurturing, and converting leads for ET TECH X – our flagship B2B event in the education sector. The role involves identifying potential exhibitors and sponsors, conducting outreach, following up, negotiating, and closing deals. Additionally, the candidate will maintain a structured and up-to-date database of leads and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate qualified leads of potential exhibitors, sponsors, and education solution providers.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with decision-makers.
- Present event value propositions effectively and tailor communication to suit various business types.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools or Excel.
- Schedule virtual or in-person meetings for senior management where required.
- Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales funnel.
- Handle objections, negotiate pricing and deliverables, and close deals.
- Maintain and update lead data sheets and sales reports accurately.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for client onboarding.
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets related to revenue, calls, and conversions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or B2B sales. Experience in events/exhibitions or EdTech is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.
