Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Verna, Goa (Office-based, Night Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹75,000/month + Uncapped Commissions

Goa-Based Candidates Only – Applications from outside Goa will not be considered.

About the Role

We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, convert leads into sales, and cultivate lasting customer relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have experience selling in the U.S. market, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, driving sales conversions.
Generate and close deals by preparing competitive quotes and delivering compelling sales pitches.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Identify new revenue opportunities and upsell additional products or services.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of sales experience in the U.S. market (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization abilities.
