Full job description

Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Type: Remote / Work from Home
Experience Required: Minimum 3 months of calling experience
Education: Minimum 12th Pass
Industry: Non-IT Hiring

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 months of calling or telemarketing experience
Fluent and confident English communication is a must
Minimum qualification: 12th pass
Must have basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Comfortable with daily telephonic calling and follow-ups
Prior experience in Non-IT recruitment is preferred
Must have a stable internet connection and own calling device

Roles and Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles
Source candidates using various job portals, databases, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and evaluate candidate suitability based on job requirements
Conduct telephonic interviews to shortlist potential candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and prepare daily/weekly reports
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Maintain high-quality candidate experience during the recruitment process
Handle initial HR discussions, including role explanation and salary expectations
Collaborate with the internal team to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices
