Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our HR team and help us find top-tier talent for our growing IT department. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring technical professionals such as software engineers, system analysts, IT project managers, and specialists in Enterprise Applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics) and other related technologies. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop strategies to attract the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and department leads to understand job requirements, project needs, and organizational culture for IT roles, particularly focusing on Enterprise Applications and related technologies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding, with a focus on enterprise systems roles.
- Source candidates with expertise in Enterprise Applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, PeopleSoft etc.) as well as other IT specialties.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and experience with enterprise systems and applications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future IT openings, particularly in Enterprise Applications.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate assessments and expertise in enterprise software.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and report on key recruitment metrics.
- Stay up to date with current IT industry trends, particularly in Enterprise Applications and ERP systems, to better understand the market and candidate pool.
- Assist in managing job postings, social media profiles, and career pages to promote the company’s brand and attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, with a focus on IT/technology positions, especially in Enterprise Applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, PeopleSoft etc.).
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends, with a particular focus on Enterprise Applications and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Indeed, Greenhouse, or similar ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to evaluate technical skill sets and assess cultural fit, with a strong understanding of enterprise application requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Experience with negotiating job offers and managing candidate expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for roles involving Enterprise Applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, PeopleSoft etc.).
- Certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIR).
- Knowledge of programming languages or IT development processes is a plus.
- Experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles is a plus.
