Job Title: HR - Intern

Department: Student Services

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide exposure to various functions within HR, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and tracking applications
Support in screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Help coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new employees
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
Conduct research on HR best practices, policies, and tools
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
