Location: Remote (India-based)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–3 Years in B2B Sales / SaaS Sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Google Workspace Sales Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching Google Workspace solutions, and closing deals remotely. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, a confident communicator, and passionate about helping businesses streamline operations with modern collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels
  • Understand client business needs and position Google Workspace as the right solution
  • Deliver product demos and presentations to prospects over virtual meetings
  • Handle objections and negotiate pricing to close deals efficiently
  • Coordinate with the technical implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Maintain CRM records, update deal statuses, and track sales pipeline progress
  • Stay informed about Google Workspace updates, competitors, and market trends

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales preferred (Freshers with strong aptitude may be considered)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of cloud-based tools and IT solutions is an advantage
  • Should be hands-on with Google Workspace tools: Gmail (for communication and scheduling), Google Sheets (for data tracking and reporting), Google Slides (for sales presentations and proposals), Google Docs (for documentation), Google Gemini (for AI-powered assistance and productivity).
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Pipedrive) is a plus
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
