Job Description – Field Sales Executive

Role Overview
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for onboarding salons onto Lokaci Pro through direct visits, demos, and relationship building. You’ll act as the face of Lokaci Pro in your region, helping salon owners modernize their business with technology.
Responsibilities
- Identify, visit, and pitch Lokaci Pro to salons in your assigned area
- Schedule and deliver in-person product demos to salon owners
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, or physical revisits
- Ensure salon owners understand the value of digital billing, appointments, and customer management
- Coordinate with internal onboarding team for smooth activation
- Maintain and update CRM or Google Sheets daily
- Meet or exceed weekly KPIs (visits, demos, closures)
- Share market feedback and competitor intelligence
Requirements
- 6 months to 3 years of field sales experience (preferably in SaaS, FMCG, telecom, or salon equipment)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Smartphone & willingness to travel extensively within the city
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
- Basic knowledge of tech or willingness to learn software features
